I was born and raised in Athens, Greece. Being a romantic and idealist nature, I attended the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens where I got my bachelors degree in Law. I also got a masters LLM from University College London where I majored in EU and European Public Law. I have always felt a strong sense of justice accompanying me in my life’s journey.
However, my inner voice and eager love for the Arts nagged me relentlessly. At the age of 23 it actually prodded me to stray away from a supposedly secure career path and pursue my passion for acting in earnest. I decided to attend on scholarship an intensive Musical Theater Workshop at the New York Film Academy in New York City with professional voice, dance & acting coaching from Broadway actors Kevin Duda, Deidre Goodwin, Cristy Kates among others. My desire to explore and sharpen my artistic talent led me to audition for the prestigious HB Studio Hagen Institute in Greenwich Village where I was awarded multiple scholarships and I trained extensively in Uta Hagen's methodology, in acting & singing on stage & for the camera with master acting teachers: Trudy Steibl; Carol Rosenfeld; Sam Groom; Helen Gallagher; Martha Bernard; Rick & Christian Sordelet; Rasa Kazlas.
When back to Greece, I landed my first role on TV hit Series Brousko as Alkistis (ANT1), and went on to work on cinema, making my cinematic debut with lead role as Tzortzina in Nikos Perakis movie Success Story, playing alongside Constantine Markoulakis. I recently acted as android ELLi in TV movie Taste of Love, which became viral in less than a week with 1.7 million views. My goal is to develop theater & film work of global interest, to collaborate with artists of every culture, to address an American and International audience, and whenever possible, to help create a cultural bridge between Greece and the USA. I am traveling to the USA often as I have signed with LA-based talent agency A LIST.
My Greek background is always part of my artistic development.
